Hi, I’m Tori.

I have always had a deep love for animals and growing up with horses, dogs, cats and a variety of other pets meant they have always been a huge part of my life. That early connection naturally grew into a lasting passion, and in 2018 I began my career in veterinary physiotherapy.

After obtaining a First Class Honours degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy from the Royal Agricultural University, I immediately went on to further my clinical training with a Level 4 Certificate in Canine Hydrotherapy. During my studies, I discovered a genuine love for canine rehabilitation — a field that continues to inspire and challenge me every single day. Having worked both as a mobile practitioner and within a busy multidisciplinary centre has given me a broad and in-depth understanding of patient, client, and referrer needs across the full rehabilitation journey, supporting dogs with a wide range of conditions.

Throughout my career I’ve worked within large teams, as a sole practitioner, and in a small partnership. These varied roles have given me valuable insight into the practical and operational challenges that come with running a business alongside a demanding clinical caseload. I’ve seen first-hand how administrative pressures, unclear systems, and inefficient workflows can affect confidence, wellbeing, and overall business performance if left unsupported.

Alongside my clinical work, I am offering practical business support for fellow professionals within the animal therapy sector. This support is focused on marketing strategies, administrative organisation, and streamlining day-to-day operations — helping practices become more efficient, manageable, and sustainable. My approach is grounded in real-world experience, professional boundaries, and a clear understanding of the demands of clinical practice.

My ongoing aim is to contribute positively to the profession by promoting high standards, sustainable working practices, and respectful professional environments — allowing both practitioners and the animals in their care to thrive.
